Service Description :. Migration Lanka Services (Pvt) Ltd does its best to correctly describe all services that appear on the website. However, Migration Lanka Services (Pvt) Ltd does not warrant that all the statements, definitions, and descriptions are most current, compete, accurate, and error free. Sri Lanka Immigration Department may change its requirements and fees without prior warning and changes can take effect immediately. Application forms and additional documents required for visa issuance are subject to change without notice. Sri Lankan Immigration Department may request additional documentation at their discretion. In any event, shall any description of service or any information on our site become outdated or inaccurate; you agree to hold Migration Lanka Services (Pvt) Ltd harmless. The possession of a Visa does not guarantee admission to the country which at the sole discretion of the Immigration officials at the port of entry. It is imperative that you supply us with all the correct information required for your requested visa. Migration Lanka Services (Pvt) Ltd can not be held responsible for any visa granted incorrectly or refused admission to Sri Lanka. We strongly recommend that you check detail in your Entry Permits / Visas against your passport and personal information prior to departure.

Processing time: Processing time quoted by us are approximate and based on processing times provided by Sri Lankan Immigration Department under normal circumstances. Sri Lankan Immigration Department may request additional documentation at their discretion. They may also decline approve visa without disclosing the reason for denial. Processing time should be calculated starting the next business day after we receive your full payment. (Except Saturdays, Sundays and other Public Holidays). While we will make every effort to get back to you with Visa approval within the estimated time, Migration Lanka Services (Pvt) Ltd will not be held responsible for any delays, cancellations, financial and other losses due to the Governmental denial or delay in processing.

Fees and Payments: You agree to pay all fees and charges for the service offered by Migration Lanka Services (Pvt) Ltd. (including the "Government visa fees, taxes and our service fee") directly to Migration Lanka Services (Pvt) Ltd. It is the responsibility of the Migration Lanka Services (Pvt) Ltd to pay the relevant Government Visa fees to the Department of Immigration. The documentation required for visa issuance and fees related to the processing of Sri Lankan visas are subject to change without notice.

Cancellation / Refund Policy: The Sri Lanka Immigration Department runs a no refund policy on all Sri Lanka visa related fees as they charge for work done and not per granted visa, it is therefore important that should you wish to cancel your visa application with Migration Lanka Services (Pvt) Ltd you must contact us immediately to prevent any unnecessary cost being incurred. However, if you decide to cancel after your application is launched with the Immigration, no refund will be given and the service will be completed.
 Privacy: Please direct your attention to our Privacy Statement, by which you also agree to be bound when using this site. Privacy Statement is a part of this agreement.

Communications: By using this site and our services you give Migration Lanka Services (Pvt) Ltd your express permission to contact you via email, or phone for all purposes including distribution of marketing and promotional materials.

Security: By submitting information / application form, you certify that the information you provide is true and correct. Migration Lanka Services (Pvt) Ltd will not responsible for any trouble or problem may cause if you send us incorrect or fake passport details. Please refer to our Privacy Statement that governs submitted & distributed information.

This Web site, including but not limited to text, content, photographs, graphics, software applications, is protected as a collective work by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, international treaties and/or other proprietary rights and laws of Sri Lanka and other countries. All logos, images, Web site design, text, graphics, software, HTML code used to generate Web pages on www.migrationlanka.com and www.studyinsrilanka.com  are the sole property of Migration Lanka Services (Pvt) Ltd and can not be copied, adapted, sketched, painted, or otherwise reproduced in any manner whatsoever without the prior written permission of Migration Lanka Services (Pvt) Ltd.
