Q If I am living outside Colombo how do I get your service? A Firstly we advise the customer to contact Ambassador Visa Service to know exactly the document requirement. Contact us though telephone or e-mail (we encourage you to use our Customer Information Form available in our web page to contact us). Once this information is available the applicant can dispatch the passport, documents and relevant fees to us.           Q Do you do the Air Line ticket reservation? A Most Embassies require confirmed ticket reservation with the application. We provide Air Ticket reservation for any destination as per client’s instruction.           Q How do I pay the fees? A Every applicant has to pay the Embassy Visa fee as well as our service charge together with the application. Payments can be made either by Demand Draft/Cashier’s Order or by cash as applicable. Please consult us before making the payment. Do not dispatch cash by post.
